Why do you want to be moderator?
- I visit the forums a lot, however the Conquer Online section is "suffering" from a lot of unnecessary posts, to my opinion, also I think it'd be a great experience, and I would love to help the staff. I've also always enjoyed being moderator on private servers (e.g. Conorth) and their sites (and forums).

How much experience do you have with the issue of the forum you apply for?
- I've played the game for a while, than I quit. Started playing CO Private Servers, and moved into having my own, than I started coding, and got more and more experience, now I play original CO, and code on private servers, also, I use bots, hacks, edits and so on for officicial CO, so I have knowledge about: Bots, Macros, Hacks, Edits, Tools, Private Servers, General Info.

Do you have enough time to visit the board about every two days and to put enough effort into the job?
- I do, I am however sometimes more active than most people know, I just don't post all the time. I will do what is expected of a moderator, and hopefully more, I am sure time isn't a problem.

Did you regularly take part in the section before you posted your application?
- Yes, my statistics prove this. I've made several threads asking for help (I posted appropiate questions, which weren't asked before) I've posted answers to questions, I gave feedback on releases, and so on. I've also released few things, and still working on a source which I will release soon.

Are you able to handle questions and questioners of which you think that they are very stupid?
- Yes, I do sometimes post things which I consider as rude, but I am working on this. Moderators should set an example too, so hopefully I will get a chance to prove I can set a good example too.

Can you act appropriate/mature with other human beings?
- I cannot answer this question myself, I do believe I can act appropriate.

Did you ever operate as a moderator before?
- I've been moderator on other forums, and had my own forum. Also moderated private servers through the years, worked on their sites, forums, and so on. I've moderated groups like clans, guilds, tribes, and often try to lead groups.

I've known him quite some time and know he would make a good moderator, he has acted as a sort of moderator at my pserver, conorth. Though, Bas, you might want to go through those answers again and give a longer response.

Before commenting i went to find out how many posts you have reported since Jan 1st 2010.

Total count up from Jan 1st untill now, 6 posts.

If you beleive there are threads that need removing or moderation that is required, report it. If you still arnt satisfied then apply to become a member of the team.

Obviously you must realise that one section cant have hundreds of moderators, cant just add someone everytime they feel that the job isnt be done to their own personal standards.

I don´t think that you can be a Mod , I´m sorry . Your application is to short and you haven´t got very much thanks compared to your post count . I know that Thanks & Post Counter not say very much ... but I still think no .

It is unclear what happens to reported post, also I found lots of reports unhanded or not handled severely enough. Besides that's your right. Also, when I was a guard, I did report a shit load, and yet I got removed from the team, so I didn't feel like reporting any more.
Also about these personal standards, I am giving it a shot, I'm not saying I have to become part of the team, if it's not necessary, I won't be accepted for sure.

if you will improve it , you may get a yes vote:)

I know I don't post a lot, but not sure about inactivity.
I'm also working on posting.

Guards are supposed to stick to the rules of this forum, im guessing your Guard status was taken when you received various infractions (you have had 3 infractions along with 2 warnings), any Guard found to be inviolation of the rules has their status stripped, its how .Arco lost his, however that didnt stop him from reporting and hes now a moderator.

To put it in an asian proverb way:

In order to moderate others, you must first learn to moderate yourself, only then will you be able to truely moderate others.
