IOMMU/vtd Bypass?
Nowadays, anti-cheating measures require the mandatory activation of vtd/iommu. This means that when you read data over PCIe, it's equivalent to being completely unprotected.

Its not impossible to still get around this in a way thats basically imperceptible. The work required isnt worth it though as theres easier ways to exfil off the target without the need for a full device in the pci lane.
