Problems with the product (Aim Assist) after purchase. Support was quick and helpful at first. I upgraded from Aim Assist to Premium and even paid the difference. That didn’t work either.
I was then offered Trigger Bot as compensation, but since I generally don’t like Trigger Bot, I didn’t want to accept it. a1ex (the QuantumX dev and supporter) told me to upgrade my Windows. I asked whether I should upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. After that, I didn’t receive a reply for several days. I went ahead and did it anyway, and even after an HWID reset and the upgrade to Windows 11, it still doesn’t work.
My issue is no longer being acknowledged or handled by support.
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s no proper compensation and no refund, even though support saw the issue themselves via screen sharing.
Not recommended.

I’m glad :) I don’t want to dispute your experience either. I just personally had a bad experience with QuantumX (the dev). I listed my negative points, and he denied everything and lied about it. That’s the point where he could have just said, “Yes, that’s true, and I’m sorry you had such a bad experience.”Quote:
But instead, he kept lying. What I also find strange is that he told me I didn’t need any drivers or specific system requirements.
And yet you said you had driver issues. Anyway, everyone should decide for themselves and form their own opinion. Maybe I was just an exception. But I was always polite and reasonable throughout.
