Honestly the fastest TB ive ever used, im not too good of a player usually hard stuck in gold but ive reached my peak of diamond 1 with their products and theyre amazing.

Originally found them via youtube but saw in discord they asked for buyers to come leave a review so here I am!

Everything from the super quick support to the constant updates to all their products is amazing and I cant wait for this to be out of beta as ive already prepurchased my key :mofo::bandit:

hey i have used 1x tb before but this 1 is way better its so much faster and ud also with way more support also the ui from the menu looks very clean thankyouu guys now i can pull e girls

also super fast replies on the tickets.

Problems with the product (Aim Assist) after purchase. Support was quick and helpful at first. I upgraded from Aim Assist to Premium and even paid the difference. That didn’t work either.

I was then offered Trigger Bot as compensation, but since I generally don’t like Trigger Bot, I didn’t want to accept it. a1ex (the QuantumX dev and supporter) told me to upgrade my Windows. I asked whether I should upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. After that, I didn’t receive a reply for several days. I went ahead and did it anyway, and even after an HWID reset and the upgrade to Windows 11, it still doesn’t work.

My issue is no longer being acknowledged or handled by support.
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s no proper compensation and no refund, even though support saw the issue themselves via screen sharing.

Not recommended.

I work full time (50+ Hours a week) so response times can vary and my support team is made of past buyers who want to volunteer as much as they want to. We try to respond asap all the time but sadly we aren't AI and available 24/7. Most of the time I was ether waiting on a response from you or my response as delayed 2-5 hours due to work/sleep and again I apologized each time in the ticket when I noticed.

I find your statement quite concerning. You claim to have had a busy week, yet I waited over 48 hours for a simple question to be answered (whether I should upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11), while you were actively responding to others in the general chat.

The fact remains: the product I purchased does not work. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a refund, you provided a completely different product that I did not ask for and that does not match my original purchase.

At this point, you have revoked everything — no refund, no working product, and no valid form of compensation.

I have documented all relevant evidence and can provide it upon request.

As our TOS we have the right to deny refunds, we offer other products as compensation and we attempted to support you to the best of my capabilities im done responding to you have a great time :)

Taking money for a product that doesn’t work and then offering a cheap and completely different product in return isn’t nice :D I just want to warn other people about this kind of scam :)

I get direct email notifications from here, also I dont get any notifications from discord if it doesnt involve an @ anyways again done with you have a great rest of your life!
