It happened to me as well. I am using Captain DMA 75t and whenever i kill switch DMA card my system does not get boot up and in BIOS i cant see any boot options as well. So basically i have to turn on my DMA card to avoid this issue. My 75t has manual kill switch button which turns off the DMA card.
