Same with me but i had key reset problem, they refused to reset my key then i cussed them out and they banned me. I wasted 70 cad. Their tpm bypass also get your account restricted indefineitly they are making dirty promises.

i talked to the support about that they said that u did something wrong so i refomated my pc and tried again i got banned after like 40 minutes i talked to the support after a long discuss with them the owner or the delevport said that i need residentail ip also when i restart my router my ip changes i also did that when i spoofed and i did not belive that because long time ago i used sync spoofer it worked without any problem so i ask them for a refund of 30$ at least they refused and after giving them a bad vouch they deleted my msg and took the customer role i was so dumb that i bought the life time temp woofer without testing it first
so at the end I don't recommend using the temp woofer from them as my bad experience

Our temp does work on rust, and u were able to play at first and was happy about it. Now we do offer a warranty if a product doesnt work, which would be a few days (3 for most games as delay bans for most don't get later than that) and u come back 2 weeks later complaining, so we cannot issue you a refund for that.
It's mentioned VERY CLEARLY in our TOS as well. it won't work for 2 hours the first time then later on every 40 mins u get banned, please think about it :)
Now that we've got that out of the way, please reopen a ticket so we can take a closer look at where you went wrong, so with our professional team we can assist you with it.

first of all ive been scammed 2 times by these guys they change ur hwid every 3 - 7 months if u have the so called "lifetime" spoofer i had a lifetime perm and used it many times ( ofc its the shitty amidwin ) but worked at the time for valorant then out of nowhere when i try to login " use a correct key or ask for a hwid reset" i went there i make a ticket ask for the issue to be looked at then ofc they looked at and clearly saw that my hwid wasnt changed then after that they ask for payment proof ( which i bought the spoofer with a dummy email and couldnt find ) and after that " we cant reset hwid with no payment proof " which they clearly saw i wasnt sharing my key and i had fresh windows install 2nd time my friend bought a 1 time key he tried to login with it he couldnt make a tickets ask for the issue to be looked at same BS again the whole support team cant even do shit because they have no perms other than replying with bunch of nonsense to a purchase ticket i wait for the owner he came says " what can i do for you boss " bro gets lost for 1 week you keep @ bro in chat boom u get timed after that the ticket gets closed for inactivity and you go trough the same BS and nothing happens clearly a scammy and shitty community and support.
