They started collecting logs as of the first day of their release. We only started to sell EvolvedAim in the last few months. We identified the issue and went public all within the same day. Not sure what you are insinuating here. EvolvedAim tried to blackmail us to prevent us from sharing this publicly and we proceeded with it regardless.

3. How come you have access to the files that Evolved hacked? You claim to have all the passwords, cc details etc that evolved hacked from your customers, and now on top of evolved having that info a bunch of your employees have it to? how does that make it any better???
4. You posted a picture of evolved discord having a rat-hook channel, how come if you had access to that channel you didn't bother bringing it up before? and if you didn't have access how did you get it?
1. EvolvedAim terminated the relationship with DepShop because we decided to sell the EA product cheaper during wipe.
2. EvolvedAim posted an announcement stating that we scammed them and did not pay them. Here is proof that they were paid. They also stated that unused keys could be sold and honored. This is why we announced a sale of their products, to deplete inventory and delist the product.

2a. Yes, we were going to sell our unused keys and profit from the delta. We assumed that is what they meant by "honor all the keys up until this point." They have previously generated keys. Regardless, we began refunding all orders that were made during the announcement window (which was deleted within 1 hour of being posted), as well as previously made orders for the entire month.
3. The individuals that they token logged that were aware of our partnership ending decided to decipher their loader, view their source code, and identified the data scraping. The storage location of where they kept user logs had in plain text the credentials used to access it. Those individuals then took over the account from EvolvedAim. This database has been entirely deleted. EvolvedAim may have a backup so my statement does not mean that all of the data that was stolen is entirely scrubbed.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE TIMESTAMPS. WE LEARNED OF THIS ISSUE JUST YESTERDAY MORNING. 18 HOURS AFTER TERMINATING AGREEMENT WITH EA.

4. I never had access to this. It was from a customer in their discord using betterdiscord. Betterdiscord allows you to see hidden channels.
EDIT: And yes, we certainly made jokes about creating our own KD or AIO bot after our relationship terminated. We made jokes after they left the chat given that their behavior towards us for months was often negative and rude. We thought to ourselves that making these types of products surely cannot be that difficult compared to an actual cheat. However, it is these jokes that caused EvolvedAim to then proceed to hijack Discord accounts and cause us to take a look at their code to determine what they were doing to compromise individuals.
