There is, it's just poorly enforced. There is not a PC limit but there is an "IP limit."

It's only being checked at login screen/login queue and not at all in-game. Just don't keep more than 2 accounts in the login queue at once and you won't face any issues. What I mean by that is, don't have 3 or more accounts/clients waiting to login to any given server, ESPECIALLY if they don't have VIP status. 1~2 accounts only (consecutively) shouldn't cause any issues.

If you have VIP status on your accounts, you'll get an IP ban (easily evadable but still) for some hours/days if you do this. If your accounts don't have VIP status, they will likely get banned.

It doesn't matter once you're in-game, you can literally have 99999 characters/clients online from 1 PC & IP and you'll be totally fine, as long as they are not attempting to login at the same time.

Arges is currently the newest server at 6 months old (launched in January of 2024).

WeMadeMax usually follows a strict schedule when opening servers - a new one every 6 months (January & July). If you're looking for a new experience in official ISROR, I would recommend to wait until July for news of a new server. Because the date of the monthly maintenance is July 23, 2024, you can expect news of a server (if it's coming) around July 20~22nd. WeMadeMax typically announces new server information 1~3 days before it opens, and it always occurs during the monthly maintenance period.

I didn't play ISRO for 17 Years now :-D
My last experience were that it is forbidden.

It's forbidden, but no longer enforced. You will never receive a punishment just for botting unless you violate the IP limit on the login queue.

JC Planet used to follow a July + January scheme since 2017 in terms of server opening/merging. However, they stopped this rythym by not doing anying this January. So they either finally decided that it is not worth anymore opening a new server twice a year and are now planning to go for once a year or they stopped investing in general. I guess we will see this July. If nothing happens then there will not be a new server anytime soon.
