HWID Banned (New Components)

I probably am late to reply, but if you are not looking for a perma spoofer and want to play again without any need for spoofers I suggest replacing your Motherboard and SSDs. Make sure you fully install windows on those replaced SSD's, and make sure the motherboard would fit the previous CPU you had. Changing your IP is also good but not required, hope this answers your questions
