Do you really have to re-install windows to bypass HWID ban?

A fresh clean install of windows will remove pubg hwid bans (worked for me just over a week ago) if it gets to the point where it's an inconvenience then yeah buy a spoofer instead.. idk about now but infinite had a good spoofer for pubg about a year ago but haven't used it since then so I am unable to say if it's currently working (it is advertised as working on their website though)

EDIT: This isn't a infinite plug either I can only comment on what I have used and I have only tried 1 product specifically for PUBG and that was the one named above.

It is always recommended to reinstall windows using a USB after any ban, it's to remove all traces and Product ID as well.
Traces can sometimes be the reason u get chain banned so its just better to reinstall yk.
That is why most suppliers ask u to reset.

24-hour bans on all accoutns including fresh. I reinstalled windows today. USB stick -> delete all partitions (so data is gone gone gone), and... 24-hour ban on fresh account.

This is new. I have used re-install windows trick many times, but looks like it doesn't work any more. Does anyone have a reputable dealer for a working HWID spoofer..

I've tried maybe 10 or 12 different spoofers and have never found one to work, normally they just wreck the computer and then have to re-install windows again.

Yes, I hear this, but after trying a dozen products, I have not found this quality spoofer yet... where is it... and do they reverrsible or no more? I am not a chinese game cafe hacker, I use the computer for real work, so the HWID not reversible I can't work, all my software will de-activate
