On a 2nd note, I can agree support has been bad the past 3-4 months, but I have reformed it to be better than ever this month moving forward. Just open a ticket and check, responses range from minutes to hours not longer than that.

On a 3rd note, refunds are done when I am present, therefore in past months because of the war I was not available, but as long as you purchase or ticket exists. I always check and refund when deemed woofer not working, even if you come a year later. You can check recent discord vouches.

Sync does not and will not ever work for Acer as spoofing 1 single Acer computer takes 1-2h of my time, and it has a high chance of not working.

There are many scam servers in the market that pretend to be us. The only real woofer and discord server is at wooferpro.com. If your friend did actually get scammed, please ask him to open a ticket on the real server and we will check for a solution.

woofer is actually legit, their support used to be slow, but i've used their spoofer twice in my life and it worked perfectly literally for every game permanently both times. I would use them again in the future. They are legit
