UPDATE: I Managed to get myslef unbanned. I don’t know what i did though. I ran plenty of spoofers full of viruses and reinstalled the windows and it worked.

On a 2nd note, I can agree support has been bad the past 3-4 months, but I have reformed it to be better than ever this month moving forward. Just open a ticket and check, responses range from minutes to hours not longer than that.

On a 3rd note, refunds are done when I am present, therefore in past months because of the war I was not available, but as long as you purchase or ticket exists. I always check and refund when deemed woofer not working, even if you come a year later. You can check recent discord vouches.
