Here is a IMG of the "5 day delay bans" currently.

However the software it self allows you to create an infinite amount of family shared ark accounts as long as you launch ark on the family shared account with the software you'll not get kicked from official servers, sadly the dlc unlocker doesn't work for steam, only epic games.

All the other features are functional except max element and bow, as they only work for unofficial, hopefully this answers everything.

except family shared accounts don't work on official servers, so i am a little confused??????

According to this, you will absolutely get banned after 5 days of usage, is this correct? Is that what a "5 days delay ban" means?
