Repair Your System Files
Press Windows key and type cmd.
Right-click on 'Command Prompt' and choose 'Run as Administrator'. A command prompt window appears.
Type sfc /scannow and hit Enter key.
Let the SFC scan to finish (The repair process is automatic)
