In the editing part i ment, video can have a simple commentary, cut out the best snips of video and added into different video. The whole shindig about cr is, if you cr the video i reuploaded i can ask for manual review, and let them see where are the differences and so on which they will evaluate and say if its okey or not, in many cases owner of original video wins, "excluding H3H3 situation" where they spent a lot of money in courts. However, i believe these two are different cases and i did not watch their video so i cant really say anything. Its just my point of view, if they did take your content without your permision and just applied their label on it, then its shame on them because that is just purely shitheads stealling someone elses stuff.

This is exactly what they did on all of the videos.
However I have already removed all of the stolen content.

Not rly actually. Video can have like few sec of a stolen content and you can report just those few sec if it was used illegally. Thats already a reason to remove whole video even if the rest wasnt stolen.
Also what means "if video being edited"? in that case everyone could just add a simple title on the raw video to not get cr strike. They still doesnt have any rights for the raw video they used.

1. I am not focusing on your failed priv anymore. I just got quoted by someone so I kindly answeared to that.
