We are Destarion's team believing in ourselves to provide the most balanced private server and our ability to create a new atmosphere to play. We always wished to create a new innovation era of 100 cap by making the best possible use of core resources and blending them with new added resources with some new systems and features, and we achieved. You can get Seal of Nova items through farming monsters at Qin Shi Tomb / Samarkand Note: The drop rate will be pretty hard because of ensuring a long-term server it's like 2000:4000 monsters for 1x nova part.

To make your adventure in Destarion more easier and comfortable, we've added items full blues from D1 to D9 in SHOP .
Destarion markets where are you able to use all curruncies in effecient way beacuase it contains the essential items which you can't do without like gears, avatars and some premium scrolls which push your progress in your journey. With these items your ture power and honor can be increased.

Original uniques: Normal uniques are the basic uniques in Destarion which all players have similar chance to kill them.
Job Temple uniques: Job temple is one of the most basics in silkroad world that bumps fun to the server, it mixes between job wars and haunting uniques in one area. we added some interesting systems inside job temple and changed rewards of some quests to motivate players to go for different types of quests.
Applying our balance Criteria we added STR uniques to give the chance to STR players.
Jupiter Temple Uniques : for collecting gold and silver coins
To Balance the Jobbing and make it full of fun we edited the following:

This is not pro at all, it's garbage and amatour. If you cant take care of your own promotion then how could you even take care of the community and own game?

if all silkroad files and private server have no copyrights ... why they should not copy videos ? it's a normal thing to copy other vedios specially if it's from dead old server ... don't take anything with action

If they are lucky THEY will get more from 1 donator...In simple words - They can afford it. Why someone has to pay for a work and someone other not? IF 1 promo video would ever work for multiple projects then it would be called "stock video". Stock videos can be used multiple times by anyone but... everyone has to pay for it as well. However stock videos are mostly simple one shot videos, not entire video montage with edited footages. This is sometimes a week or 2 of work. Why would it EVER be a good thinking to take it free?
You clearly have no idea what you are talking about or you are under 18yo to understand it. Same as people who thinks they can take any video as self promo.
Anyway, videos has been reported. It should be deleted in few days. You still have a time to avoid copyright strike issues, just delete it manually. Sad that I had to invest my time in this action but I hope you will never do that again.

If video producer has sold his "intelectual property" for lump sum of money with an agreement that a new owner has full ownership of "intelectual property" then he can do whatever he wants. Original video producer can't go and try to strike for copy right infringement because he doesnt own it anymore. Only a new owner of the "Intelectual property" can go after and strike him for using his property as a copy rights infringement.
In this case, if you produce video for me, with an agreement that after i pay you, i own it. I can do whatever i want, i can give it to my friend that has opened new server and he can use the video for free. Then you have no rights to copy strike the video as you do not have any ownership of it anymore.
If i understand this case correctly. However, if he is actually stealing videos from your channel and uploading as his own video actual editing, then it is illegal and will be striked.
P.S If video is being edited by a different channel, then legaly they can avoid copy strike. Video must be reposted as full without any editing to be copy striked. There were a lot of cases like this in youtube before and on top, channels that did receive copy strikes, later on were removed.
In real word such situations are rare... Only here, on sro scene people copy videos day after day. For real, guys like them started to reuploading videos for own use adding only own logo into that videos pretending like they did it on their own.
Also as you said If there would be something like "intelectual poperty" on sell then those videos would be more expensive... Yet Sro scene is not rdy for that. However even if someone would have such video with "intelectual property" bought from a video producer then I doubt they would give it away for a random people who try to do a competition for them. It simply doesnt have any sense to pay for something and give it away free later on.

Not rly actually. Video can have like few sec of a stolen content and you can report just those few sec if it was used illegally. Thats already a reason to remove whole video even if the rest wasnt stolen.
Also what means "if video being edited"? in that case everyone could just add a simple title on the raw video to not get cr strike. They still doesnt have any rights for the raw video they used.
