F&F has fees depending on which country indeed. (e.g Belgium > Hungary takes 2,99 € fee on F&F)
F&F payment look like this: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (if you've received it, depending on country there could be a fee )

A Non F&F payment will always show that there is a possibility for [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]:
