it does in some cases. If i send a f&f payment from my Canadian paypal to a guy out of canada. I get charged a 1-2$ fee

Yeah but both is in Europe thats why im saying its not f&f. Maybe im wrong but i traded also with a guy, which is living in France, he didnt pay the fee
