The more probable solution is simply that people wont really buy Rubles anymore, but keys instead.
Rare keys are still rare keys, you don't have to sell them to make a profit with them. Sure, some buyers will be turned off by that, but I think it's a far fetch by the OP to assume this will come close to killing the market.

Video cards for example can be used to farm Bitcoin. Just sell those instead, doesn't even have to be keys. Instead of getting 1mil Rubles today, you'll get it in a few days by farming BTC with 30 video cards.

But people bringing stuff into raid, is that still counted as FOUND IN RAID?

Because from my understanding, you have to find stuff in game like in rooms and what not in order too sell, is that not the case?

example:

Trader brings into game a siccc case with bitcoins and he drops it infront of you.

Is it considered found in raid...?

No. But that shouldn't matter. I'm not saying the buyer should sell the video card, that's not possible. He can build it into his Bitcoin farm, thus getting a return on his real-life money over time in in-game money. Buying 30 video cards can still get you a lot of Rubles, but over time.

Condensed:
Buyer buys video card for $$$.
Puts it into hideout.
Gets BTC.
Sells BTC for ₽₽₽.

But... it's probably easier to just take 250k into a raid and repeat that multiple times :D

Well no not really. Because you either waste 10 minutes sitting there. Or you waste 10 minutes killing 2 scavs.
