No. Anything that is brought in game can not be sold on the the blackmarket. It needs to be found in raid.

You misunderstood.

The in-game trader Therapist buys many valuable items for prices very similar to flea market. He is saying that sellers can drop a SICC case full of physical bitcoins and the buyer can sell those to Therapist for a similar price that the seller bought them from. Even if it's not a similar price, Therapist buys these items for a big chunk for a one-slot item. They do not need to be found in raid in order to sell them to Therapist.

Also you are forgetting the fact that people can still just list items for high price on the flea market to exchange the roubles that way. Yes, the fees will be high and basically tax the sellers, but it'll still work lmao.

People will always find a way.

But anyway, because it is a pain in the bottom to trade roubles it will either turn off buyers OR it will cost more to actually buy roubles given the fact that you have to go in multiple raids and it will take more time to make the trade. We will see
