Yes, there is a difference between HDD and SSD. If you don't see this it's wasting time to talk with you.
btw I'm not sure but I've never seen dedicated server with limmited bandwidth xD

Why? HDDs are much cheaper.
And trust me - there will be a difference in server performence.
Maybe not in the case where only the owner and his grandmother play on the server...but I can guarantee there will be huge difference on servers with a lot of active players.
BTW most providers offer a choice between two types of discs. For example, you can choose a SSD 240gb or HDD 1tb. So I will ask - why the f*ck do you need 1tb disk to host opennos emulator?

Of course, there are large differences in the speed of an ssd versus an hdd, but here if you don't have 400 users, it's not worth renting one with an ssd. I have one from the ovh company with 1tb hdd and with 100 users on there is no lag (except if they attack us ddos ​​to specific ports as it happens lately)
