@Psycotao: just wait for about 20 mins or something then try again. it worked for me.. but i was stubborn and wanted to edit it myself.

To edit the .exe your self go to offset "1683de" instead of "1663f4" (else it wont work)
and change:

" 45 6e 67 6c 69 73 68 " = " English "

to

" 43 68 69 6e 65 73 65 " = " Chinese "


Or u can search for the string:

"64 29 20 70 69 6E 67 3D 25 64 2C 20 46 70 73 3A 25 64 00 00 00 00 45 6e 67 6c 69 73 68 00"

And replace with

"64 29 20 70 69 6E 67 3D 25 64 2C 20 46 70 73 3A 25 64 00 00 00 00 43 68 69 6e 65 73 65 00"
