Multiple Clients with 4294

I hate to post a new topic for this. Hopefully it'll avoid a ton of PLZ GIMME NEW MULTICLIENT PATCH though.

Same old tactic...Changed English to Chinese at address 001663F4 in this exe.

An easy search is to find:
Fps:%d....English.TQ_CONQUER

Replace with
Fps:%d....Chinese.TQ_CONQUER

I personally use hex workshop to hex edit files. Just search for the test string what I put in and replace it with the old one...in fact...

For everyone having problems Editing the file I'll include what to replace in hex...

The hex string to look for to guarentee you will replace the right string is...

4670733A256400000000456E676C6973680054515F434F4E51 554552

Replace with...

4670733A2564000000004368696E6573650054515F434F4E51 554552

just take the hexeditor of ur choice . use the search/find function look for Fps:%d....English.TQ_CONQUER and then replace english with chinese thats all

so.. just paste that file that i DLed in CO 2.0 folder?

Is that the link to the edited copy or your own original copy?

@ SmuLz: yes, just put the new exe in your CO folder. Make sure you've closed CO before you replace the exe

@riCky1987: wait 20 seconds afterwards and you'll see where you have to insert 3 letters and then click download. It may not be the greatest download place. But it at least works

@Rancid: It's an exe i personally modified using the same tactics that have worked ever since you had to replace english in the ini. Just have to do a little hex editing instead now. :P
