1. Be able to communicate in english/german (although your english is decent, so you got this!)
2. Study C#, even a damn Udemy course is better than just randomly tinkering with useless things that seem important at the time. It would also be advisable to learn some kind of database, MySQL, MSSQL, anything works really. Hell, there have been good servers hosted without any database, just storing files on the disk.
3. Download a source ideal for beginners (Redux, COPS), and experiment. Do minor changes, try to understand how things are implemented
4. Download a more basic source (or better yet, write your own!) and try to re-implement things. Look at other sources to see how it's done but DO NOT copy it!
5. Learn basic design patterns, then go back to your code and analyze where it could be cleaner
6. Rinse and repeat until you have something functional and more or less maintainable
