Is it even possible to get HWID Unbanned without a spoofer?

Yes learn how to flash your serials yourself, raid0 ur drives, reinstall windows and, refresh IP.

No shitty spoofer running on your PC thats gonna get detected and u look like a new PC.

i don't know how but i got un hwid banned all i done was unistalled game and reset pc then installed on a new drive

you dont have to buy anything or switch out any parts.
step 1 get a usb stick and install youre preference of windows using rufus.
step 2 restart youre computer while holding shift
step 3 when in the windows boot menu boot from the usb (this method will make you reset youre pc and you will loose all youre data.)
step 4 on the windows install page click advanced install now click delete on ALL of youre partitions including recovery ones. then repartition all of youre drive(s). once this is done click the drive that you want windows installed on and click next. windows will now install on that drive.
step 5 install whatever game you are HWID banned from and see if you are still banned.
step 6 (additional step if you are still banned) If you are still bnned it could be a IP ban. to fix this you have a few options. 1 restart youre router.(this only works if youre IP is dynamic) If you have a static ip you have to call youre iSP or internet servece provider and ask them to change youre ip adress. option 3 (this is not a very good option) you can use a vpn but most vpns are detected (even paid ones).
