a leveling server does not mean 10000x rates

a true leveling server is 1-15x the rate of regular CO and doesn't have this vote for CPs bullshit. i dont know what this server has .. but im glad its leveling.. there is too MUCH pvp servers out there.. whether they call them leveling or not leveling from 1-135 in less than an hour is a pvp serv.

this server has potential just a need a bigger community, i would upgrade my site a bit to get people to see something professional if people see a black screen that says type id and pass here they get suspicious.
