AimJunkies are a legit source that i've used for about a year with premium (stopped a couple months ago, i used directly from the site) Tarkov i used for the longest time during my premium and only got banned recently (1 account). Ainjunkies only flaw is that when they say undetected, it isn't always the case. I've had 3 game bans with aimjunkies all of which they said cheats were undetected.
I guess my point is yeah it's a legit source and it's cheap, but be very careful with what you do and always check forums before injecting, if you're unsure just use ESP as it's always safe, use common sense :)
