Making Secundary test server

Abbadon, Trieste tat's call servers. you know eg dekaron? channel #A #B #C?? then i m not wrong he need to run 2nd server exe with same login ip but diff channel ip and using same SQL data base. he can shut down the 2nd server exe(test server) and will not affect the real server.

Uhh that is not good idea, then ppl can enter that test server and if that server is high rate can lvl up/make items/dupe etc etc etc etc etc
if you want make a test server, make a new login!
Never make a channel a test server!

even if you making a new server you need to run 2nd server exe. so still i m right.. if you dun add new channel in the clien(but only you test client) i dun think ppls know tat's other new channel. and is that possible to have 2 diff ip for both channel and server? i m not sure.. maybe you can try. anyway i had ans the question for this thread. running other server exe. so i m out here.. so pls keep any comment for yourself. i dun wanna start any flame war here.

and again >.< ppl can go in that second channel and if the rates are higher they can lvl there ,make items and can use it on the main channel

and again too.. for 2nd channel use another ip address dun have to be same as login address. maybe you can use localhost address 127.0.0.1. and do not make 2nd channel exist in the player client but only yours.

Then you gonna get the error; something like server already exist

i already tried. it work. my fren can log in to the acct but cant log in to the channel server. it said cant connect to server, and return to char selection window. but for me using locate host i can connect without problem. and in fact you dun have to run 2nd server exe. just morify the config will get 2nd or 3rd channels not just by adding new line to channel.csv. it will not appear in the char selection window.

and the same nubmer's in front of the ip's..

lol ofcos his using same channel csv as mine. if not tat's no meaning of the the testing. ok i got my result.. i m out of here.. any1 need any help in setting up 2nd or 3rd channels or local/private test channel. just leave me a pm.
