If you increase the mob (aibatt) HP and you see that it has changed in the client then your file is taken into account.
If you change mob stats (str,dex..), minAttack & maxAttack then normally the mob should hit more.
Have you tried to change these values? and have you tested the damage against a clean player? (not an admin player with high stats/def...)

That's what i've tried to change, And yes I tried it on my non admin player. Thats the weird part actually the hp is reflecting ingame but damage is not.
