trying out v1.04 it still does the exactly same thing. Im lvl 43 binded at Verteron obelisk. He use a scroll to Sanctum, stay still for a while than start running to the wall.. he keeps running for like 30 seconds and stop. Use another Sanctum scroll and do it over and over

Make sure the vanillatool.exe is in the same folder as the [BETA] Leveling script, joshua will post a example gif about how the folder structure should look later

Just like paraly said, check your folder structure is the same as the one in the picture I just posted. The tool should be inside the folder and be executed from there!

it keeps using a return scroll out of earthier lab. goes there go in the door then use scroll come back out. go in door and use scroll. it has been doing this for about 1 hr. it has killed a few mobs in it once maybe 2 times idk

It's working fine for me, can you please notice where he starts using heiron scroll? Because he just finished a full instance right now without a problem.

Please check the first post, it has a picture on how you need to have folder structure, you probably forgot to put vanilla inside the folder and execute it from there.
