highly recommend you run the equipment posted! It makes a huge difference
W/N: 5 Knight Insignias, Major Strength with a strength helm (+2 and +1), along with Superior rune of absorption, sup vigor, and minor tactics rune.
Your tactics absolutely must be at 8, or wary stance and shield stance will only be 3 seconds long, and you will probably die.
Also, you need to have 25 energy, or you won't be able to cast skills quickly enough

Use a sword with shelter mod, +5 energy inscrip (@ high asura i'm running 15^50), and a shield with "Through Thick and Thin" inscrip. Shield does not have to be a q8 tactics.
Before you go to actually kill those raptors, make sure you only have your support hero in your party, and your build equipped

Does this only work for bots using GWA2?
I tried running it on Calypso's fiber bot (attached), which uses gwapi, but couldn't get it to work. Would it be possible to patch with this too?

Yes, it should work. However I noticed today that gwapi has at least one hidden header I wasnt aware of. I am posting a fixed version later today. That is what I meant with the first paragraph I added today to the first post.

Until then please comment out (put ; in front of a the lines) all calls to LoadSkillTemplate. For your bot I could find two calls to it, in line 123 and 125.

If you patched all files it should really work instantly after doing this quick fix.

Run "GWA2_Updater.au3" on each au3 file of the bot.

If that's the only thing that's hindering you from using the patcher, please dl and install brain.exe asap.

Yes, this typo wouldnt justify a new version on its own.

In the main post I keep a change log which is now also included in each new release.

Sadly, I am not quite this techie, i have read through the files and tried to figure it out but its not happening. Is there a video tutorial somewhere? I have an amazing bot I'd really like to use that was working great until anet's update last month. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

You will find help in the readme file. Start with the TL;DR part and then the patching guide somewhere below that. For specific questions feel free to ask again.

rheek does it the right way ... he shared a tool that updates the very most of all public bots.
The only thing you have to do it's just to read a couple of lines how to do.
Easy enough, if you ask me ... it just cost you a minimum of effort.

Today, I tried to start my Kilroy bot and obviously with the update, it didn't work so that's why I'm here.
I downloaded your patch, tried to follow your instructions but I guess my english isn't good enough to understand all of it.
I just wanted to ask you if you could maybe try to explain to me now that you know that I'm French.
