Sorry for double post but the topic was going down and i still didnt found the problem.

Please, post a ss from your server files or tell us what server files you use. I think your server files is missing some important .dlls or you have changed something wrong.

those ultra server files espacially the dekaronserver.exe is infected with virus,i would reccomend using difference server files and share of ultra. The file u launch is corrupt its infected. Or ur OS i asume u got Win7 try this whenu open it right click file and open with admnistrator priviliges.
