Woulda it be possible to make attack (all around) with movements so it wouldn't catch GM's attention so frequently? By the way after using Around kill with melee it just lags hard and you're still in server but it unlags only after few minutes or if you use it for longer period you need to do restart in order for it to work again, also appreciate the work and thanks for bot!

Thats possibly happening due to not limiting the frames the commands get sent to the client.

Not sure what cookie is using actually but, if he uses some kind of timer based loop, he could just increase the timer slightly so the commands wont executed more often the the client can handle. Thats why it seems to 'lag' it just sends the left commands in it's queue to the client until it finnished.

Just a guess, its not my source :)

About the moving question: Yes that is possible of course, the other part is, is it worth doing that? WIll the developer take the time to reverse the functions for that? And code some logic into the program to actually dont do stupid movements?

Thats all alot of work depending on how hard the function is to find. Since the sourcecode of neuz is revealed, its not the hardest part for those with knownledge, but still work.

Also if you like his work and would like to keep him motivated, consider a donation if you like. Me as developer on another scene usually, always motivated it to keep up my work and to find new stuffs to make people happy with. But again we're all individuals ;)

As shadow said, this id not a perfect bot. It is a simple tool that could help to hit a little bit more using the strongest attack.
The Around kill feature is a bonus "for fun" that was explained in another thread...Is makes lag because it sends the attack command in an endless loop to all the entities around.

it is Outdated because of a new patch, we need to wait for a new Update to get it working :D
