Honestly, if you need a tutorial how to make a private server, I can say you, you are not eligible to make any private server.

To make a good private server you need enough coding skills to make the game working itself. And what else? Probably working files, OrbitWorld is shit, it doesn't work properly (even though none of the p-servers really work, but I think when DarkPlanets was the thing, something could've really happened) and it's like 10348732nd private server out there.
