My super gown went 87 -> 100 in 1 met, my cap took about 30 some odd (elite only :/)

i tried 10 tears on my super lvl 110 boots > no upgr
8 mets > boots went 120, there's ur tear prc, - 20 or so :)

lol same thing could happen the other way around and you would say tears have better chance
you can't say anything untill you try it at least 100 times on 100 different items, otherwise it's too biased
