Upgragind High Lvl Super Items

Does any1 know how i can upgrade my lvl 97 super hat? I wasted over 200 mets on it and its still 97 :-/

Btw i tried that 0 dura repair thingy, doesnt work :(

Does it actually take +40 mets to do it on market (so big +)?

Do try to use meteors from lab (there are different kinds of meteors). Use the well known toy to log meteor identifications and so.

i'd rather u spend ur 1st 20mets all fail then straight go market to up dude...

he cant use market, any super items close to level 100 will not up in market, the artisan will tell you it costs too much and will tell you to go to tc. dont feel bad tho, i wasted 384 mets on my archer coat from 107-112, and about 350 mets on my tao cap, which still hasnt upgraded.

i used to have a super gown too. i wasted -+200 mets on it, with no upgrade.
i just made a new one :eek:

97>112 super hat i wasted over 200 mets (all from metzone) no upgr, than i got another 5 , and it worked (still metzone)
112>120 in 20 mets, all from hawks....

good thing i got my level 97 to 112 with 5 mets =) HA!

*sigh* I loath the amount of mets supers take in market... I used to have good tc luck with mets/db's (elei-super eleit +3 tao cap in 1 db woot woot) Now i am trying to up my super lvl 70 atk ring to lvl 100 for my new archer char. 15 to lvl 80 and now used around 30 and still no lvl 90 >< time to just bite teh bullet and use market on it :P Hopefully I will have good luck when I gota do the 107-120 and such.... :S

(my friend got super +4 troj sock armour from lvl 110-120 in 2 mets >< wish I had that kinda lux)

a good idea is to not super anything but weapon until after 120....it's just easier to met up (at least a little bit easier :))

some tricks ive tried:
1. upgrading on the half hour mark (doesnt help as much)
2. upgrading just before you reach the level of the item
3. for some reason, ive had better luck with purple armors. maybe just my luck :D

My tip is for you to stay and lvl or hunt for like 5-6 hours and start metting your items. i did that and didn't waste more than 30 mets for each item. took me like 7 mets for boots, 13 mets for coronet, 22 mets for armor. all super going to lvl 120. Maybe its luck but i never had to spend 200 mets :D
