Error Code 5 for 2nd player. Can someone help me?

When do you get the error? Right after you are in the race, or when the other player wants to start the game?

I think is a network problem. When i do this on my laptop works both players.(sorry for my english)

Well, you need to get the public ip in the launcher (.../public ip:1337/...). :)

Change local ip with public ip?

I changed localhost with Ip4v host but same result...

The second player needs your public ip. He must put it into the launcher (target). Do you speak German (maybe)? Cause I am from Germany. :)

I don t know German... I did steps as Gustingorriz, but 2nd player get error codde 5 when he try to start soapbox shortcut from desktop :(

Well, the string in my target looks like this "C:/ProgramData/Electronic Arts/Need For Speed World/Data/nfsw.exe" US: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] a 1 (That's the target to the PC where the server will be host)

The 2nd player should have this: ".../nfsw.exe" US [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] public ip:1337/nfsw/Engine.svc a 2

So, the 2nd player must have a 2 at the end and your public ip (if you want to play via internet) or the IPv4 address (if your 2nd player is in the same house with you and play via LAN).

Edit: You can't race at the moment, cause the server isn't stable. Just 2 racers can join the lobby.

Hey guys quick question. Is it possible to create more events available to the map? And do any of the offline server mods work with this, I'm assuming they don't.

And finally anyone know of a manual transmission hack, so the game doesn't shift buy itself if the revs are too low/high.

Edit: I can't get it to work on 2 laptops. It works with 2 instances running from the same laptop. But not when they are separate. Can someone please help me.

My laptop have i5-3230m 8gb gt740m 2gb. My friend laptop has i3 4000m 8gb gt840m. And both have over 1mb/s speed internet. It is so big difference between us?
