I know pesho for some years now and i think that even when he's just sixteen since he started working he's more mature and i think that he'll take that job as serious business and will help the community as he already does

So for me it's obviously a yes :p

Just to be the odd one out. I'm just going to post counter arguments and see your reasoning behind them.

As a heads up, I've already made my mind up. Just because I'm questioning him on things, doesn't mean I have said no. Nor does it mean I have said yes. I like doing this to get to know the person.

I do and I don't see age as an issue here. I applied at the same age. As long as the person is mature enough, I couldn't care less whom the moderator is. They just need to fit the requirements.

However, say you were at a moment where a user has annoyed you beyond the point where you can post in a respectable manner. What would you do?

The main reason for my application is the fact that I'd like to help keeping our section clean and the atmosphere friendly. I respect our moderators and I just want to help them, as I understand how hard it is sometimes to handle everything and no matter how hard you try, you still get blamed if sometimes isn't done on time. I find it quite understandable that they, just like us, are human-beings and have real life. That is why I want to help them keeping our section the way it is. The past year the section was "dead", but lately there have been changes and people seem to be a lot more active.
From what I remember from my perspective, you do indeed report actively. The Guardian badge further proves that, I normally treat it as a gateway for an application.

You say that, we get blamed no matter what happens if things don't happen in time. Sometimes even in a minute. I can understand you respect that members of staff have a real life. But what would you do if someone blamed you?

Lets say I was a user right now, and I said 'omg Pesho, why didn't you close that thread in time. You aren't a very good Moderator are you?'

I've played DarkOrbit for about 7 years. I'd say I'm one of the really well-informed people, as I've really read a lot and experienced everything in-game. I'm also a member of the DarkOrbit Underground group, which I believe should prove the knowledge I have of the game. I spend some tim everyday playing browser games in my free time and I believe I have the needed experience.
Regarding of the DO Experience (which I'm aware you have tons of experience of). How about [Only registered and activated users can see links. If you don't know the answer yourself?

In my honest opinion I'm mentally prepared to fit this job. The last 2 years I've been working with people almost everyday, as my job requires it. It's a small family business...
May I ask what type of business, and a situation you were given at the time. And how you handled it?

No comment, I use that phrase myself :o

I've absolutely no experience as a moderator, though in real life I've been doing pretty much that - solving customer's problems, helping employees get used to their jobs and helping them with orders and anything they need help with. In my opinion that's pretty much the same, at least viewed from my perspective.
Is just keeping the section clean, and the atmosphere nice just all? I mean, in theory. You could do that for quite a strong point, even not as a Moderator.

That's what this thread is about - getting to know me better and seeing if I'm fit for the position I'm applying for. :)

Age isn't always a factor, I've come to realise that the past 2 years. For example, my big brother is really immature, he barely cares about anything and just enjoys life at its finest. He doesn't care if he'll have enough money to buy fuel for his car tomorrow, he just wants to go outside with friends and have fun. I'm not that kind of a person. I've been told by many people that I'm a lot more mature than I'm supposed to be. Yet, I have to admit, sometimes I'm really acting like a little kid. I believe that's normal, but who knows. Though, when it comes to work I'm always acting as I should. I take everything seriously, even when it's a joke. I like to be prepared, appreciated for my hard work and, of course, somewhat respected. I want to add that respect doesn't really matter that much. Everybody likes being respected, but in my opinion it matters who respects you, not how many people do. Quality over quantity.

That happens everyday. I just smile and keep doing what I'm supposed to do. It doesn't matter how annoyed I'm, it's my job and I do it as I'm supposed to. Lately, nobody has been able to annoy me enough to get me mad, not even my brother. I suppose that's because after getting annoyed so often by so many people, I've learned how to keep myself cool. I know how to stay motivated and motivation gives me enough strength to overcome this kind of stuff.

I've always been reporting actively. Even when I'm really busy and I go to Epvp, whenever I see something that isn't appropriate or violates the rules, I simply report it. It really doesn't cost that much time, I wish more people got to understand that.

I'm constantly blamed for everything at work. It's just that everybody (customers and employees) think of me as the boy who does everything and on time. Whenever I mess up something, I apologize and do my best to be faster next time. I like being blamed, even if it sounds weird. People tell me what I should improve and then I can do my best for that not to happen again.

I've played almost every game on Facebook (don't blame me for that, I just have tons of free times... night shifts are tough :D). And even though I haven't played Seafight in the past 3 years, I'm sure using Google to find answer to the question or reading some of the threads would be enough to find a good solution. Most of the questions are being repeated daily and it's easy to solve the problem.

The business is a shop. We sell cigarettes, alcohol, sweets, newspapers and stuff like that. My father owns a few shops, I'm currently working at 2 of them. I do everything, let's say I'm the "manager". I do everything when it comes to paying for software, taxes and managing what the employees will pay for the current day (i'll try to explain it better... Everyday there are specific deliveries but there aren't always enough money for all of them. And because our employees always manage to mess everything up, I'm the one who does that. I'm really experienced and I know exactly how much to order. The problem is that you need to make sure there will be enough money. If the money aren't enough, one has to find a way to pay for the goods received. That usually happens after talking to the company that delivers, let's say the cigarettes, and agree to pay a part of the sum tomorrow or whenever is the next delivery).

Of course, there are many smaller things, but I believe these are the important ones. In general, I'd like to keep the community and prevent spam, viruses and any kind of violating the rules. Sometimes the moderators in our section aren't online, which is understandable, and instead of just reporting the content, I'd be able to directly delete it, thus preventing people from getting infected by viruses, etc.
