I made a account just before the 4th anniversary event, I have not spent a penny on the game but I sold the coins from event and bought +14HG weap (will do for now) Magical deco, and Bead of chaos (Not bad for 2 months).
I also managed to get a healer to DB2 and a hybe to cs12 (to farm COC Green) I have only really been playing the x3 or x5 events using the free xp cards they gave us (I have 2 stacks of x3 cards and 43 x5 cards left and 3 bil coins in my bag.
I do agree with you that GC is pay to win, but 4th anniversary event was the shit IMO.
And its much easier to lvl up on GC now because of the massive xp boosts from all the dungeons and superior dungeons, I will prolly be at cap in a month or so just casually playing during events using my free cards.

I went there with PS6 char. The exp is way higher, so you can grind there even without any event. The mobs are HG+, that's true.Quote:

Well. I'm using RBK (Rising Bead of Kylin + 40 all res) + 3rd year set (+20 all res) + 75 yang res pill from Hefei (just 2 high GTs for 10 afaik). It's likely 135 + 5 yang from mastery = 140 yang resist. You also can get hat from H4 set (+40 all res), or the GL/HM version with no leech on that.
