No one can fix that for you.

Pretty sure that is on your end.

I had no issues with 7-zip maybe you should try that.

how can i add stage 5 heal mephisto with this gm tool if i copy paste the code it gives only stage 0 :/

I don't think you can add stage 5 soul pets. You will have to stage it the old fashioned way.

That depends.
The github-version is, obviously, the most recent one with all the necessary commands in it. If further epics introduce new and necessary commands there'll be an update (or you can simply fork it and add it yourself), but I don't think that this'll happen anytime soon.

With Microsoft visual studio.

Load the solution or project file and to build without edits build solution from the build menu.

Your .exe will end up in a bin folder.
