i legit cant find a conquer.exe file i even used the search prompt, apparently it doesnt exist on my computer. ideas?

The difference being they use a .dll to allow them to specify speed for each entity as part of its hero information (custom packet offsets). This allowed them to slow/speed up specific targets without it applying to all players.
