@Killerdiggs, I'll explain how it works and what it means.
At a certain point, it switches to the NPC's ID of the NPC you're talking with.
So the case is a possible NPCID, so the NPC you've made, has an ID (Or atleast it should). If you don't know the ID, ask someone to explain you how to add NPCs, because I don't think its added yet (Not familiar with CoEmu).
So the addyourownnumberhere stand for the NPCID.
