its most-likely coded inside the dekaron.exe

i'd suggest contacting hellspider to find it for you, most likely he will be intrested to make it work if not, you'd have to download ollydbg and try to find it yourself search for strings such as; US_EN or US_US or EN_US or EN_GB such like these needs to be changed.
