Here is what i am say,

1. i agree with Smallxmac dont build everything and release that way people will just get it and start using.

2. Please make it clean, one thing i hate the most is people putting every fuckin thing in the config.php which is a mess,

let there be extra 3-5 more .php files but at least let the user know what it is for.

And i support this project.

Sure, but I care more about the features than design atm.
You can have a $1000 design if your website can't do a shit :P

I don't mean to sound arrogant, but that is an extremely ignorant statement. Design is a huge stage in development. If your design is weak, your project will not be expandable. It will not scale and you'll just make the programming more difficult. Just spending an hour designing the project will save yourself days of frustration. Please don't give advice like that. Thinking about how you're going to combat future problems is never a waste of time.

What I mean is I don't see the reason of developing a website like TQ does. (I know that your website design must match your website's content.)
If we are talking only about CSS and HTML, I do think that's required but if we are taking CSS , HTML AND images ( not banners only ) I can't agree.

Ah. Web design, not software design. I suppose I got too caught up in the software discussion in the thread. My apologies. Web design is important too though. Any planning stage for a decently sized project is important.

About your website. It's a good idea.
Some ideas :

For a new project use [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] .
Using Bootstrap your website dev starts at 20% or more.
Template "system" can be done but requires a lot of time and knowledge.

Register and Login system ? Well, there are many sources here and all of them use almost the same database structure however you still can't make it to work with all therefore try to dev it for a special version or a range.

My Bootstrap based website ( Just stared )

Good luck.
I am really against using templates like that, those templates usually contains 70% code that you never need/use. It just slows down the speed of the website. If you are using bootstrap to make it responsive I strongly suggest you to look at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I'm not afraid of slow site speed, I can manage that. Did you hear about CDN ? :p
And I just like to work with bootstrap.

I really have the feeling that when you put your website on a webserver that it will load in 4/5 seconds? A fast website should load within 2 seconds.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I just threw it in there. Was thinking of making it smaller so that the two ends were equal with the navbar. What do you think?

I usually make mine medium in size. Half of what the nav bar would be. But I would like to see how it would turn out if it was the actual size of the nav bar.
