Good Luck finding one.

I don't think changing the booster ID and effect will do anything. With CE I was able to change a 1.5x coup into a 100% and it did nothing.

Yup. I agree with you.
All depends on luck when it comes to this IMHO.

You can't just change the item ID, you have to change it's stats too. 100% booster doesn't work anyways. The others do.

how can anyone be sure that the other boosters beside 100% works??

I actually think this stuff with boosters are pretty much BS. O_O'

Did you check the S4 ID Database? You might find it there.

The effects such as the 100% Unique Booster is just a display, and doesn't really take effect. Q_Q

Just make a stupid tutorial video , which shows how to do it.
