Ship helps in collecting Palla with ship.With PET you can add speed boosters or things like that.

I use Aegis and vengy for Palla.No difference in PET.Or it might be lag from my Mozilla update

Hall 3:SPEARHEAD
Hall 4:Citadel

Use Explorer to see difference.Danny is right.

You need many RADAR Protocols, PET level, and a ship with speed ( Veng/ Spearhead)
