Not being able to handle criticism is a major flaw.

Also, don't expect to be picked in the first day. My moderator application has been open for 9 months, just be patient. Why would the staff want to pick a user who just wants the green name? Being patient shows the team that you're actually dedicated to becoming a moderator,and that your putting in a lot of effort to get there.

No, you are not very active and you cant handle criticism.

I think that would be the moderator janvier perfect for dekaron area.
