Paypal will check and know if you used a proxy or a VPN on your account. I've pretty much won all the unauthorized claims people use against me. I don't see any way to win one unless you truly were hacked.

Man as far as i know, you can ALWAYS recover your account(s).
Sometimes really easy (without email) sometimes so hard

I need your help and advice what to do with PayPal problem. I've been using PayPal for many years. And recently I have been charged PAYPAL SKYPE. I checked at vcharges and found out that PAYPAL SKYPE charge has been reported as unauthorized by 75 users, 18 users recognized the charge as safe. Can you imagine it?
