If you want to sue them, well good luck with that, But what you want to do ? Make a website ? Let them sign a pettition? Or you gonna pay for theyre flight tickets so they can fly over your country so they can go with you in court?

They can hire more lawyers then there are people on this Section.

Yes they can still push you to use the bots , But YOU are still responsable for making the choice, SO no you wil not win, no one wil help and its time waisting pointless.

OMG, because majority of people like you nobody is taking any actions against them :)) Guys, i just told you in the first post why and how we can proove that they made do this.Anb a process could mean some checking of their internal stuff, like if they have an arrangement with the bot creators ;) And you HAVE THE RIGHTS to BE INFORMED and be shown THE REASONS for being banned!For that alone and a process is worth the money!And it may even not come to a courthouse, maybe all we need is a complaint to the European Consumer Rights Organisation. And outhere are institutions where we can get free assistance in this matter, and they, with specialised people are able to tell us if we have a case or not!

as a answer to some thing said in first page , russia is a exception they dont have the same rule's and thats simply , russia don't give a fuck.
the court there decided it and in germany they can't do a thing about that.
now the problem is i don't live in russia -_-

but my question also kinda random though i think maybe i found a gap in there rules, if you buy premium 1 month for say, they ban you 3 days they owe you 72 hours premium?
well if this would be the case they aren't gonna give it back when you write them... so then you have a case.. because i believe no rules are made for premium time with ban , so you buy 30 days should get 30 days accessible premium for what i read in the rules and those 3 days warn't accessible so only 27 days...
forget this if i m wrong but maybe someone know more about this? :)

i got yesterday a answer when ask why i am banned (72 h ) and after 2 mails still didn't tell me why , then they say me literally we can't and don't WANT to help you have fun in the game if you still keep playing... your darkobit support.

literally the we don't WANT to help you they wrote it with caps in my mail 0.o
so fucked can't do a shit about this assholes better for them it's online service and not somewhere in a helpdesk..
