You don't need elitepvpers' support to get this dude's IP - just get yourself a forum for your server/skype and state in your advertising thread that you're not reading pms at epvp and the only way to contact you is either by skype or forum - then, accordingly, either use a resolver for the username or just take the IP from your forum logs and show this motherfucker some hate and nastiness so that he rethinks his shitty life.

Anyway.. if you pay him the amount he ask, he will ask again after few days or weeks.. so thats isnt solution.
